This is one of my favorite stores, have been shopping here for years. Just recently I have started sending popcorn boxes as gifts. I order the 6 tasters so the people I'm sending to can enjoy more flavors. I've had questions, asked through email about an order and was answered within a few hours, great service!! The only thing that I would tell someone is if you're ordering a gift and it's going quite far like Florida or Washington state, to give it at least a week to arrive. I've placed orders to both states and they both took a week. This is great popcorn! Nice store great service!

I would love to extol the praises of this company!! I was out of State and wanted to send my grandkids one of their favorite treats, popcorn specifically from this store. They are located in Frankenmuth, Michigan. I got the idea to go to their website, order and have it delivered to the grandkid’s door in time for Friday movie night! The website was very user friendly, After I placed the order, I had a question, the company responded very quickly and resolved (my error). The popcorn arrived on time, the grandkids were delighted!! My I just say, these kids are almost adults, and with discerning taste. This is not your grocery store popcorn. This is truly gourmet, I am so glad they introduced it to me!! The ordering from the web was incredibly easy. I highly recommend surprising someone with this delectable treat!

Overall the shopping was fast and the flavors were tasty. But my samplers, all nine, were stale. So it made it really hard to figure out if the popcorn was great quality. It also made me not confident that if I ordered for my wedding the popcorn would be fresh. So I probably won’t order because I’ve yet to taste fresh crunchy popcorn from them. :(

We had a very good experience with Popcorn Wagon. We first ordered the trials with several flavors. In the end we decided on salted popcorn and we ended up using other powder flavorings. I'm glad the popcorn was set to deliver 2 days before our event because only 1 of the 2 boxes arrived on the day it was supposed to. The 2nd box came the next day which was still a day before our event. Thank you for great service and a great product!

I like that ordering is easy and my orders arrive quickly and well packaged. The only thing I don't like is that there is a issue with mixing the "flavorings" into the popcorn. Caramel and candied popcorn is fine, but Cheddar Cheese and BBQ flavors are hit and miss. They taste great, but when you get a large portion of the bag with no flavor at all, it makes you wonder if it's even worth it.

Order was/is fantastic! The key lime pie was a suggestion from whomever has access to your Facebook page. Whomever it was said “ Becca Fraser If you like Lime... our seasonal Key Lime Pie is FANTASTIC and only here for the summer.” Well I bought a bag, tried it, my mom tried it, and we just bought four more to share. The chunky monkey is okay, but if I can be so bold and overstep a boundary I have no actual rights to overstep, I think another version of chunky monkey would make a fantastic specialty (pb popcorn, with banana chips and a chocolate drizzle!). The loaded baked potato is my husband’s all time FAVORITE (he gets an entire tin of it for either Valentine’s Day or his birthday).

Great selection of flavors and quick shipping! The dark chocolate coffee popcorn was delicious and had a great balance of sweetness with a slight saltiness. It tasted like how I hoped it would. The apple pie tasted like apple cinnamon Cheerios. I wish it had more apple flavor, but it still tasted good. The pretzel ale was as advertised and it was a little strange to eat popcorn that tasted like pretzels. The hot n spicy microwave popcorn is one of my favorite popcorn flavors out there and I'm totally addicted to it.

There was definitely less cheddar on the popcorn this time and it seemed like there was a lot more crushed tiny bits in it this time than last. I'm not sure why it was so different, but just a heads up that it was definitely noticeable. The taste is always really good, just wish it was as cheesy as the last few orders. The website is works fine. I received my order quickly. I didn't realize that shipping is a set amount no matter the size of the order until I went to order a couple more seasonings I needed for gifts I am doing. Did not finish second order because shipping was as much as my order. You might want to base shipping on the size of the package. The Popcorn Wagon is a must visit any time we travel to Frankenmuth. With travel restricted and restaurants closed, we weren't able to make our spring trip, so I ordered my family's favorite flavors and had a 3.5 gallon tin shipped to their home in Michigan. The website was easy to navigate, the popcorn was shipped and arrived quickly, and everyone loved it! My only suggestion would be to have more 3.5 gallon tins that are not holiday-themed. There were few choices in tins that were not Christmas or winter-themed. I will (and have) definitely order for shipment again!

We placed our order for popcorn and cookie dough bites on April 15, 2020 and our package arrived on April 17th, 2020. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly our order was shipped! Everything we ordered was fresh tasting and delicious, too! We tried the fruit salad, birthday cake, and cookies and cream popcorn flavors as well as the chocolate covered cookie dough bites. Very happy with everything we purchased and loved they added a handwritten 'Thank You!' on our order slip. Looking forward to when we can come back to the store in person.

An absolutely fantastic product! While some of the flavors weren't for me or my fiance, we could not stop eating the caramel, it is literally the best caramel corn either of us have ever tasted. I have ordered from here about 5 or 6 times. I always order three of the same flavors - caramel, strawberry, and cheddar. Then the other one is usually has chocolate in it. The caramel, strawberry and chocolate are always large round pieces of popped corn and delicious! The cheddar tastes delicious,however, the pieces always look like the last bits of popcorn in a bag. Tiny little pieces. Not big plump popcorn like the other three. This has happened every time I have ordered it. Kind of a disappointment that it is so crunched up.

My only complaint is that the 3 gallon American Fireworks Tin and the 3 gallon Popcorn Blast arrived with significant dents in the side of the tins and the 2.5 gallon Hello Summer tin arrived with the lid off and tin slightly bent. Luckily the tin had a plastic covering over it so the caramel corn was still fresh despite the lid being off.

The popcorn bar for the wedding was a huge hit. WHile the newlyweds finsihed taking the official photos we had a popcorn bar set up next to the bar. We offered Jalopeno Popper, Carmel Corn, Kettle Corn, Cheddar, Salted and Sweet Butter. I would recommend everyone doring this for a wedding instead of the old candy bar. This was the very first time I ordered for the Popcorn Wagon. I ordered in advance stating the date I would need it by. As promised it was delivered the day I needed it. I served the vanilla, banana split, lite salted, white cheddar cheese, fruit salad, caramal apple for my daughters bridal shower.
