Sizes

Our bag sizes are as follows:

  • Taster Bag = approximately 5 cups of popped popcorn.
  • Medium Bag = approximately 16 cups of popped popcorn.
  • Family Bag = approximately 50 cups of popped popcorn.
  • Party Bag = approximately 100 cups of popped popcorn.

When shipping family and party bag sizes, we will fill the appropriate bag to ensure the correct amount, and then pour the popcorn into a larger bag. This prevents the bags from splitting open and allows easier packaging. While the bags may seem half empty, it is only because they've been poured into larger bags for shipping.

Allergy Information

Our store pops and coats popcorn with nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews, peanuts) as well as ingredients that may contain soy, milk, and wheat. There is a possibility that flavors that do not specifically contain these items may have come in contact with the ingredients or allergens since they are processed on the same equipment.

When should I order?

If you need your order for a specific date, we recommend ordering as soon as possible. This doesn't mean your popcorn has to be shipped immediately. By getting your order in early, it allows us to ensure that we will have the products and time necessary to produce your order. Using our Delay Shipping option during checkout, you can specify the date you would like to receive it, whether it is a few weeks or months in the future. We can then determine the best time to pop/cook and ship your order to ensure it will arrive on time. When using this option, we always recommend to have it delivered 2 days before you need it. This allows the popcorn to still arrive on time if there are any shipping or other delays.

Is my information safe?

We use the latest secured socket layers to transfer data from your computer to our website. You can verify this by looking for the https:// in your address bar. Our checkout process places a form directly from our merchant processor into our checkout screen and captures your credit card information. We do not store or have any access to your credit card information. Once your order is submitted, our processor charges your card and sends us the results.

Do you wholesale?

We do not offer any wholesaling at this point. We also do not condone or authorize any reselling of our popcorn since we have no controls over how it is stored. We cannot control if someone else purchases and resells our popcorn, but know that it is not authorized and may not be up to our quality standards. No one is authorized to use our logo or likeness to resell our popcorn.

Do you Franchise?

We currently do not have an plans on franchising our store at this time.

Delivery Details

Delivery Methods

Most of our deliveries will ship via UPS. Below is the current delivery schedule for UPS deliveries, current as of March 2019. We ship Monday through Friday weekly and time estimates are based on weekday delivery only. Your order may be delivered on Saturdays based on the UPS delivery options available in your area.

Do you ship to APO/AFO Boxes?

Unfortunately we currently do not ship to miliary boxes. We can ship to miliary base addresses in the US that have standard street addresses.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we currently do not ship to PO Boxes unless they have a normal street address as the main address.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Unfortunately we currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Do you ship outside the US?

Unfortunately we currently do not ship outside the continuous 48 US states.

Returns

Popcorn arrived stale, in poor shape, or I received the wrong item

All of our popcorn is shipped fresh and generally will last for 30 days if left closed up in the bags away from heat and humidity. If you have issues with the quality of the popcorn or received the wrong items, please use our contact us page or call us at 989-652-1114.

I ordered the wrong size.

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds when the mistake is the customer's mistake. Please ensure you have purchased the correct amount. All bag sizes list the number of cups in each, which is measured using standard measuring cups.

There is empty space in my bag!

On our larger bags (family and party sizes) we ship the popcorn in bags that are nearly twice the size. This is solely for shipping purposes. When we fill your order, we fill the sized bag you ordered as normal and then move it into the large bag. This helps the bags fit in more economical boxes and prevents the bags from bursting open during shipment. But you can be sure that it contains the amount of popcorn you ordered.

My order did not arrive on time due to shipping mistakes or delays.

As noted during checkout, we do not provide refunds due to shipping mistakes or delays. We always recommend ordering with a few days extra time if it is needed by a specific date.
